I'm Patricia, your trauma-informed Dream Life Journey Coach, here to sprinkle a little magic into your world and help you navigate life's rollercoaster with grace and style. As a self-proclaimed fashionista, not tied to one specific branding style and lover of all things shopping, you can often find me scouring the racks for the perfect outfit or accessorizing like there is no tomorrow. But don't let the glam fool you—I'm also a beach-loving mama of four, proudly wearing the title of Gigi to five adorable munchkins who keep me on my toes and fill my heart with endless joy.
When I'm not busy coaching or connecting with my tribe, you'll likely catch me soaking up the sun on the sandy shores (anytime I can get away), or in a pool, letting the salty breeze or sunshine whisk away any worries. And let's not forget my obsession with personal development, that borders on the nerdy side, I'm a vibrant Enneagram 1 and proud nerd when it comes to exploring the depths of self-awareness and growth. I have been through co-dependency workshops, strengths finders workshops, Dream Life Retreats, a member of several local community personal development groups, and lover of all clinical skills and tools to master self-awareness.
My journey? Well, let's just say it's been a rollercoaster ride through the depths of identity, belonging, and self-discovery. Born into one world, thrust into another, and navigating the messy middle where the lines blur and questions outnumber answers, my passion has been born from embracing life's twists and turns, including those that come with being an adoptee.
Adoption isn't always rainbows and butterflies; it's messy, it's complicated, and it's filled with layers of loss and love that do not always neatly fit together. Through it all, I've learned to embrace the beauty in the mess—the strength forged in uncertainty, the resilience born from adversity, and the fierce determination to carve out my own path, one step at a time.
